Decarbonization of real estate portfolios – digital, scalable and individual
Together with the startup ON-ENERGY, the next-incubator and Energie Steiermark's customer GmbH are developing a digital solution platform for decarbonizing real estate portfolios. The goal is a demonstrator and configurator that supports owners and energy consultants in switching from fossil heating systems to CO₂-free alternatives such as heat pumps and biomass.
