Women should be visible — but please, pleasant, young, conformist and quiet.
As soon as women aged 40/45 and over make demands, take a stand, or address structural problems, visibility becomes uncomfortable. This is precisely where the difference between mere personal branding and genuine purpose branding begins: visibility not as an ego project, but as a tool for change. What applies to women also applies to people with disabilities, migration backgrounds, or activists. We look forward to discussing this process of 'becoming visible and being visible' together and sharing our experiences.
